Edmonton is currently in it’s winter season, and that means one very important thing; roads are going to be covered in some amount of snow for the next few months. With us being a month into winter those of us who take busses have gotten to see first hand how long it takes for just one bus to arrive when it gets delayed, and that doesn’t even count how long it backs up the other busses that are behind it.
Just yesterday (Jan 24th) I was waiting at the stop on the street just across from NAIT Building V, and the bus was delayed by nearly 20 minutes, and once I was able to transfer for my next one, I still had to wait nearly a half hour due to traffic which was just made worse by the weather. I got on my first bus (first image) at 3:15 p.m., didn’t transfer to my next bus till 3:40 and didn’t get home (second image) till 4:50 p.m.

So make sure to always know when your bus is arriving, and one way to learn is by going to https://etslive.edmonton.ca to check when your busses will be arriving at their stops.
